Measuring Patient Satisfaction 

To meet the RACGPs 4^th edition standards patient satisfaction with each service must be measured and acted upon.

There are 3 ways of measuring patient satisfaction

·         Patient Focus groups, 

·         Patient satisfactions surveys

·         Personal interview

Practices can develop their own survey and submit it to the RACGP for approval, or can purchase approved surveys. We are aware of two companies who have developed patient satisfaction surveys that meet the 4th standards.
