Manager Kerry Parry The Practice Capacity Team continues to grow and evolve to meet the changing demands of supporting general practice deliver quality healthcare to their local communities. There is a good mix of skills on the Team (from administrative, managerial to clinical) and two of the Team have been staff at MPDGP for over 12 years.

They have a broad knowledge base in Chronic Disease Management; MBS Item Numbers; Medical Director training; Pen Clinical Audit Tool; Practice Health Atlas; Practice accreditation; Practice Staff Network; Lifestyle Modification Program.
Nurse Facilitator Fiona McEniry
Fiona covers the areas of Immunisation, Workhealth and assists with the Lifestyle Modification Program and Life!
Aboriginal Health Project Officer (AHPO) and Event Facilitator Daria Atkinson
Daria is our Closing the Gap AHPO (3 days/week) and also has the role of Event Facilitator at the Division. In conjunction with Brenda Fehring, Daria also assists Practices with the Australian Primary Care Collaborative Waves, including the Closing the Gap Wave.
Sally assists the Division with recruitment and retention, provides support for medical students and registrars and facilitates International Medical Graduate (IMG) exam support. Sally also manages a locum booking service providing much needed locum cover for our GP workforce.
Rashika is a Pharmacist and works one day/week (generally Monday) at the Division to provide support for Quality Use of Medicines through the National Prescribing Service program.
