Murray-Plains Division of General Practice is the professional organisation of general practitioners along the Murray River, encompassing both Victoria and New South Wales, which includes local government areas of the City of Greater Bendigo, Shire of Buloke, Shire of Campaspe, Shire of Deniliquin, Shire of Gannawarra, Shire of Loddon, Shire of Murray, Shire of Moira and Shire of Wakool.

Murray-Plains Division of General Practice is a rural division with a geographical area spreading across 31,748 square kilometres and a population of approximately 65,000.
