Murray-Plains Division of General Practice (MPDGP) is a Commonwealth funded, not for profit organisation which aims to improve the quality of health care by providing support to GPs and their practices located within the Division's boundaries.
We are requiring an experienced mental health clinician (nurse, psychologist, social worker or O/T) to fill a maternity leave position that oversees and manages all aspects associated with our mental health services program. This exciting and rewarding position will coordinate and provide clinical support in the service delivery of quality mental health services through the primary mental health care system. The role also provides support to general practice medical clinics throughout the MPDGP region in the delivery of mental health services.
This 0.6 EFT (24hrs per week) position is an Administration and Clinical Management role and is based in Echuca. The successful candidate may also be able to apply their clinical skills during the remaining portion of their working week (up to 0.4 EFT) by providing clinical services through our mental health program in the general practice setting.
